TV Line is reporting that actor Tom Felton ("Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter franchise) has joined the cast of 'The Flash' during season 3.
Felton's character is described as:
“Julian Dorn, a fellow CSI at the Central City Police Department who suspects there’s more to Barry Allen than just his good guy reputation.”
