Brie Larson in Talks to Play Captain Marvel

In an exclusive from Variety, Brie Larson is reportedly the frontrunner to play Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel in her upcoming stand-alone film. Larson won the Academy Award for best actress last year for her role in 'Room' (check out my review here). Marvel has not yet commented on the rumor
