New 'Star Trek' TV Series
Trekkies, rejoice! A new 'Star Trek' tv series is on the way and will begin shooting this fall in Toronto. The series will debut on the CBS stremaing service, CBS All Access and will be run by Bryan Fuller (Hannibal).
According to CBS executives, "'Star Trek' will “introduce new characters seeking imaginative new worlds and new civilizations, while exploring the dramatic contemporary themes that have been a signature of the franchise since its inception in 1966.”
