CinemaCon Highlights
CinemaCon 2016 is upon us and so far has brought forth a ton of exciting news for upcoming films. Let's highlight some of the biggest stories so far:
Story #1: Spider-Man: Homecoming
With our favorite wallcrawler joining the likes of Steve Rogers and Tony Stark, Sony has announced their joint-production with Marvel and released the name of next year's new solo Spidey fil, in 'Spider-Man: Homecoming'. The film is set to hit theatres on July 7th 2017 and stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man.
Story #2: WB/DC Announces solo 'Batman' film
With the mixed reviews of 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice', the one constant was the love of Ben Affleck's portrayal of Bruce Wayne/Batman. The announcement of a Ben Affleck-directed solo 'Batman' film wasn't much of a surprise to anyone, but it has now been confirmed.
