Shameless S06E11 "Sleep No More" Review
Catching up with the Gallagher family each week is like watching a car wreck…you just can’t look away. Each member of the Gallagher clan have their own personal and inter-personal struggles and problems that seem to explode on screen.
Tonight, we got to see how Deb’s newborn baby has been adding to the overall stress of the Gallagher household, keeping everyone up at night with her constant crying. The added stress on each character is played out, as we see Lip throw his college career away, Ian possibly losing his EMT career, Debbie’s schooling in shambles, Fiona’s relationships with Frank and Sean acted out via a fist fight between the two. The new love triangle with Kevin, V, and Svetlana is becoming weird and confusing for the 3.
Just when it seems to be going well for our favorite Gallaghers, reality hits them in the face , like a brick thrown through the front window. This series is wonderfully written and acted and you can’t help but fall in love with these characters, no matter how much of a degenerate each one might be.
